Spotter / UAV Ordnance Specialist
Full-time Military Service & Combat Deployment
The 427th Separate Brigade “RAROG” is a high-tech combat unit focused on rapid technological advancement and protecting personnel lives. As a Spotter (UAV Ordnance Specialist), you are a critical link: manually configuring UAVs, equipping them with ammunition, and performing pre-flight checks.
📋 Key Requirements
- Citizenship: Ukrainians and foreign nationals are welcome.
- Language: Professional English proficiency — B2 level or higher (mandatory).
- Skills: Accuracy, meticulousness, and clear radio communication skills. Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
- Experience: Prior experience with explosives, mine disposal (EOD), or UAV ammunition configuration is a major advantage.
⚡ Responsibilities
- Combat Deployment: Regular deployment to the frontline for final UAV payload equipping.
- Maintenance: Proper storage and maintenance of UAV ammunition according to strict regulations.
- Training: Continuous development of spotter skills and mastering new drone weapons/equipment.
💼 Working Conditions
- Contract: Official military service contract.
- Salary: 50,000 to 120,000 UAH (approx. $1,200 – $2,900 / €1,100 – €2,700) per month, depending on the mission and deployment location.
- Gear & Leave: Full provision of personal protective and military equipment, plus guaranteed annual leave.
