Ground Robotic Complex operator
Job description
The 427th Separate Regiment of Unmanned Systems “RAROG” occupies a worthy place among all “flying” units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in terms of the number of enemy equipment and manpower destroyed. The regiment is developing and creating new teams. We are looking for operators of ground-based robotic systems — also known as UGVs (unmanned ground vehicles) — to ensure superiority on the battlefield.
Responsibilities
- controlling ground robotic systems for combat missions
- performing tasks to provide necessary support on the battlefield, evacuating the wounded, mining and demining designated areas
- preparing and configuring the ground robotic complex before each mission, including checking all systems and parameters
- monitoring and controlling departure, responding quickly to changes in the situation and adjusting the trajectory
- working with other military units to perform tasks on the front line
- maintaining technical documentation and reporting on completed missions
Requirements
- knowledge of the technical characteristics of UGVs and the ability to respond quickly to malfunctions
- ability to work with communication, navigation, and surveillance systems
- high level of stress resistance and ability to work in combat operations
- responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
- willingness to work in different geographical and climatic conditions
- ability to make quick decisions in changing conditions
Working conditions
- mobilization until the end of martial law, or contract service

- stable salary ranging from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000 depending on the mission and place of service
