Biography
Born in the Rivne region.
In 2015, after graduating from the Army Academy, he was appointed commander of a mechanized platoon in the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade, where he rose through the ranks from platoon commander to battalion commander.
Full-scale war
As of February 24, 2022, the 1st Mechanized Battalion, under the command of Major Serhiy Mazorchuk and part of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade, held a defensive position for eight months in the area of the town of Zolote, where it faced full-scale warfare. The unit held its defensive positions on the designated line and broke out of the encirclement on the night of June 21–22, 2022, after which it continued to carry out combat missions.
In August 2022, he took part in a counteroffensive in the south. In the spring of 2023, as part of the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade “Magura,” he took part in the offensive in the Zaporizhzhia region. He was subsequently appointed chief of staff of the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade.
Service at “RAROG”
In February 2025, he was appointed deputy commander of the 427th Separate Unmanned Systems Regiment “Rarog”; later, when the regiment was reorganized into a brigade, he was appointed deputy brigade commander.
In April 2026, he was appointed commander of the 427th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade “Rarog.”
